  This is the Last will and testament of Me Thomas Marshall of Hailsham in the County of Sussex Labourer touching such worldly Estate both Reall and personall as it hath pleased allmightly God to bestow uppon Me I give devise and dispose thearof as followeth that is to Say Imprimis I give devise unto My Said Loving wife Elizabeth all that Cottage Gardens and thearto belonging So Long as shee liveeth and after her decease to be equally divided between Thomas Marshall and Samuel Marshall and Sarah Marshall to Shar a Like of all that is Left at thear Mothers decease and Sarah thear Daughter is to have her living in the house with her Mother So Long as Shee keepeth herself Single I Likewise give unto My Six gran Chillderen one Shilling a pees to be paid a Twelve Mont after My decease
